About Us

CertiSync was founded in 2015, launching VendorSync® to help our clients manage their vendor relationships. While facilitating visibility and management of vendor compliance in the commercial real estate market, we were asked by a large commercial REIT, if we could build a program to manage their tenants' insurance compliance. We collaborated with their senior executives, property managers and property administrators, to better understand the challenges presented to managing tenant insurance submissions. In the spring of 2016, we went live with the first version of InsuraSync®. Over the last 7 plus years, the InsuraSync® program has continued to evolve with the input of hundreds of property executives, property managers and property administrators. We have facilitated compliance for tens of thousands of tenants and worked with thousands of insurance brokers.
